Hayley’s Joys often runs AMAZING competitions and giveaways on the blog. In the interest of fairness, the following rules apply:

1. Prizes are only deliverable within South Africa, unless the competition states otherwise.
2. The first correct entry/s drawn after the closing date will be selected as the winner. However, if the selected winner failed to follow all of the steps outlined in the competition, the entry will be disqualified.
3. Failure to respond to the Winner notification within 7 days from the announcement will result in forfeiture. In such a case, a new winner will be selected.
4. Prizes will be awarded after the close of the competition and the delivery time of the prize will vary depending on the sponsor.
5. Hayley’s Joys will not be liable for any damage, loss or late delivery of the prize.
6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another item or cash.
7. Entrants and winners must be over the age of 18 years.
8. Winners are not eligible to win a prize within 3 months after the closing date of a competition they have previously won on Hayley’s Joys.
9. By entering the competition, the entrant gives Hayley’s Joys the right to publicize their name on social media and/or the blog should they win.
10. Hayley’s Joys DOES NOT support the resale of prizes won on the blog and will block any competition winner from entering any further competitions on the blog.
