So the month of love has come and gone. While many focus on spoiling their loved ones during this time, I hope you got the chance to spoil yourself a little?

It’s so important to squeeze in a little “Me-time” every now and again, I am always stressing this point! You may have seen that I’ve been enjoying the Avon Care range this month and incorporating it into my skin care routine.

Loving the Skin that I’m In 

I find that as I’m getting older, I am probably a bit more conscious about taking better care of my skin. I used to fall asleep every night and not worry too much about what is on my skin but the truth is, our skin is actually the largest organ our bodies has, and it actually works hard to protect our body!

As I realise this, taking better care of my skin and developing a skin care routine is now top priority for me, because it can really help my body and do its job better and longer.

All skin types are different, some people don’t even need a skin care routine and their skin looks amazing, that’s great but we are all different and even they will have to incorporate some sort of routine at some point if they want to keep it that way!

But most importantly, when you look good you feel good. When you have clean, clear and glowing skin it can really help boost your confidence and keep you looking your best.
