A beautiful Mothers Day Spoil from @leopardsleap A beautiful Mothers Day Spoil from @leopardsleap The Ruby Revelation wine cocktail is such a treat 🍸 Perfect to enjoy this Mothers Day 💖 Here’s the recipe and remember to drink responsibly 😉🔞: Ingredients 50ml Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir 50ml Ruby grapefruit juice 25ml Honey simple syrup 50ml Tequila 15ml Cranberry juice 5ml Fresh lemon juice Ice Method: 1. Prepare the honey simple syrup in advance by combining equal parts honey and warm water, stirring until fully dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool before use. 2. Place your serving glass in the fridge or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail. 3. Build the cocktail base by adding the tequila, ruby grapefruit juice, and honey simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. 4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds, until the mixture is properly chilled. 5. Discard any ice from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. For a cleaner finish, you can double strain to remove excess pulp or ice shards. 6. Gently pour a small splash of cranberry juice into the glass. This should subtly enhance the colour and brightness without overpowering the drink. 7. Slowly top up the cocktail with leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles. 8. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice or an elegant citrus twist and serve immediately while well chilled. #mothersday #cocktail #rubyrevelation
