So we are halfway there! I am in total disbelief at how quickly this pregnancy is flying by. In just 20 weeks we will have a new member in our family.

What’s happening with #2?
#2 is currently the size of a mango and weighs about 260g. He is kicking more and more each day and the sensation is now even strong enough for my hubby to feel. Alyssa kisses my belly every night and talks to her little brother 🙂

What’s happening with my body? 
I am certainly looking and feeling more pregnant. I’ve gained just over 5 kg’s thus far and officially cannot fit into any of my non-maternity pants. I had a bit of a tummy bug last week which put me flat out for 2 days but I’ve fully recovered since. I am smoothly sailing the second trimester with no major pregnancy symptoms to report.

What I’m dreaming about?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         I’ve had a number of dreams where I am living in a strange house with many people, sometimes I know them and other times I don’t…. very weird. I have been wondering how things will be with another little person in our home, so perhaps that’s why.

Shopping?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       So now that we know it’s a boy, I have been thinking and looking at boy’s clothing. It’s definitely not as exciting as girls clothing but I am starting to get used to the idea. Look at these cute booties my hubby got for #2

I also need to start planning what we going to do with #2’s room. At the moment everything in the room is white so we will need to add some flavor, but we’ll start thinking about that over the holidays.
