Today Kurt and I celebrate 10 years of marriage! God has truly blessed us abundantly over the last decade.
This post is not a trip down memory lane, there aren’t any long drawn out promises for the future nor are there any lavish renewal of vows as they would do in the Bold and the Beautiful 😂
I’ve already shared something that I’ve stopped doing that has made our marriage work and a few of you have said how much you resonate with the post. So I thought I’d share a few more bonus (short and sweet) lessons that I’ve learned along the way but at the same time, it’s the things we should continue to do to keep that flame alive!
Support and serve each other!
Be interested in each other and invest in each other’s projects
keep working on the relationship (love is overrated 😉)
Be Kind to each other
Laugh A LOT
Go on holidays often
Take lots of pictures
If you’re a parent:
The most important thing a father ( or mother ) can do for their children is to love their mother (or father).
Thank you to Curtis Golden Photography for our special anniversary shoot!
Do you have any other lessons to add?
I would love to hear them.

I can share this. Never try to change each other.
