
Self-care is so important to me. Without my physical and mental health, I’ll have nothing!
But sometimes it’s so hard to get the time to make time for myself… do you agree?
I recently ran a poll on Instagram and it wasn’t surprising to me that 80% of woman who answered, hardly ever gets to have “ME TIME”
I can relate at times, because besides 24 hours a day of Mommying, I have many busy work weeks, then there’s my blog I have to maintain, admin, trying to keep fit and an attempt at a social life!
But, how do I make room for everything?
I could easily cut back on the socializing and maybe even skip a meal to make some more time – it’s so easy to put self-care on the back burner. And sadly many times it often takes a wake-up call to notice what toll a busy lifestyle takes on my life.
As self-indulgent as it may sound, self-care is actually the most crucial thing for our physical and mental well-being.
